Functions and Characteristics
· The purpose is to reuse the fabric of End part cut after Punching
in Production Line.
· After punching, feed the fabric of End part cut to feed roller.
· Feed Roller and Nose Bar compress fabric and it is perfectly
reproduced by the rotating Cylinder Roller and Worker &
Stripper Roller.
· Reproduced Fiber is transferred to Mixing Tank or Control
Hopper through Fan.
· Additional operations are also possible for the products other
than production line.
· The machine is designed to be able to reproduce the fiber with
minimizing the cutting.
